Role Description The Senior Clinic Physiotherapist will provide advanced physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients at the clinic, ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, designing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating follow-up care. The role involves mentoring junior physiotherapists and interns, contributing to clinical protocols, and collaborating with hospital and partner providers as needed. The Senior Clinic Physiotherapist will also support patient education, participate in case discussions and CME activities, and uphold high standards of safety, ethics, and professionalism. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the PHYSIOPLUS clinic in Jaipur.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical expertise in physiotherapy assessment, manual therapy, rehabilitation planning, and exercise prescription.
- Proficiency in using clinic management systems, digital documentation tools, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior physiotherapists and interns, and contribute to training and continuous learning activities.
- Excellent patient communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and cultural sensitivity.
- Sound understanding of evidence-based practice, safety protocols, and professional ethics in physiotherapy care.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration as applicable.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting with exposure to diverse patient conditions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to structured protocols and evolving digital workflows.
